wow this looks amazing! i loooove broccoli and cheddar but the soups in restaurants always use chicken stock :( when i used to make soup i would always let it simmer for 2 whole days! but it made it better
2 days!! Haha I think I'd end up sampling a spoonful every time I walked past and it'd be gone before 2 days had passed!
